Marma

Mantra Chanting

Shankha Prakshalanam(Poorna & Laghu)

According to the ancient practice of Nada Yoga, the ragas of Hindustani and Carnatic Classical music have therapeutic effects on the mind. When these ragas are performed vocally or with instruments, they can improve a person’s mood and elevate their level of consciousness through the vibrations of the sounds. Raaga therapy, which involves listening to or performing these ragas, is highly effective at reducing stress and enhancing mood.
