Holistic therapies may include a wide range of practices, such as herbal medicine, acupuncture, chiropractic care, massage, meditation, and yoga. These therapies address various health concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and insomnia. Holistic therapists analyze factors such as food intake, physical activity, and mental and personal stress to identify the root causes of symptoms and diseases, to not only treat the condition but also prevent future occurrences and improve overall health.

Deep Tissue Therapy

Pressure is applied in the affected area using gentle, deep strokes that invigorate the inner layers of the muscles and tissues. Hot Stone Therapy

Raaga Therapy

The ancient system of Nada Yoga suggests that the ragas of Hindustani and Carnatic Classical music have a therapeutic effect on our minds. The rendition of ragas either vocally or through instruments create a positive impact on the mood of a person and uplift the level of their consciousness through the vibrations from these sounds.
